Flowingo (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the Flowingo platform at flowingo.net.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data — email address, display name, username, profile photo, and optional social links you provide when signing up or editing your profile.
• Creator content — workflow titles, descriptions, media assets, and Weavy.ai workflow URLs you upload.
• Purchase data — records of workflows you have purchased, processed via Polar. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data — page views, search queries, and download events, used to improve the Platform.
• Communications — messages you send us via feedback forms or email.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and provide the Platform and its features
• To process purchases and track creator earnings
• To display your public creator profile
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, payout notifications)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve and develop the Platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Your account data and content are stored in Supabase.
• Polar — payment processing for workflow purchases. Polar's privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
• Vercel — platform hosting and edge delivery.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g. financial records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
