Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowingo (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and creators.

2. What Flowingo Is

Flowingo is a marketplace where creators can publish AI workflow templates built on Weavy.ai, and buyers can discover, preview, and purchase those workflows. Flowingo acts as the platform operator — we do not create the workflows and are not responsible for their content or results.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to upload workflows or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the Platform or its users.

4. Creator Terms

By uploading a workflow, you confirm that you own all rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

You grant Flowingo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, promote, and distribute your workflow listing on the Platform. You retain full ownership of your workflow.

Creators earn 90% of each sale. Flowingo retains 10% as a platform fee. Earnings are tracked in your dashboard and paid out subject to our payout policy. Flowingo reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely via Polar. By completing a purchase you agree to Polar's terms of service. Prices are displayed in USD.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a workflow is materially different from its description or does not function as advertised, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or promote workflows that:

• Generate or facilitate illegal content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Are deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contain malware, phishing links, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

The Flowingo name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Flowingo. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written consent. Workflow content belongs to the respective creators.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that workflows will produce specific results or meet your particular requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any workflow purchased through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
